Victoria Salazar Cruz

Victoria is a migration researcher and advocate specialising in decolonial feminist approaches and participatory, arts-based methods. Her experience spans Latin America, Europe, and the UN Human Rights Council, where she has worked across diplomacy, research, education, and advocacy. She uses creative and community-centred methodologies to highlight migrant lived experiences and challenge the systemic inequalities embedded in migration governance.

At Voicify, she serves as a Policy and Advocacy Intern, working to strengthen the power and representation of YREMASUD to shape more just and inclusive policies across Europe meaningfully.
