Victoria Salazar Cruz

Victoria is a migration researcher and advocate specialising in decolonial feminist approaches and participatory, arts-based methods. Her experience spans Latin America, Europe, and the UN Human Rights Council, where she has worked across diplomacy, research, education, and advocacy. She uses creative and community-centred methodologies to highlight migrant lived experiences and challenge the systemic inequalities embedded in migration governance.

She is one of VOICIFY fellows, working on the thematics of Migration and Belonging and Rethinking EU Youth Integration Policies
