WE organization (WE)

WE Organization is a youth‑ and refugee‑led initiative based in the Netherlands, dedicated to fostering empathy, intercultural dialogue and social inclusion. Through engaging workshops, presentations and co‑creation sessions in schools, universities, companies and NGOs, it addresses xenophobia, bridges communities and amplifies the voices of newcomers, women with refugee backgrounds, LGBTQ+ refugees and others with limited access to opportunity. WE Organization designs projects that unite diverse segments of society—across age, culture, religion and socio‑economic status—to challenge labels, build mutual understanding and support meaningful integration into Dutch and European society.
