Integrationszentrum für Frauen und Familien e.V. (FrauFam)

FrauFam is a community-focused organization founded in 2019 in Rheinbach by women with migration backgrounds alongside German citizens. Despite diverse origins, languages, and professions, the founders share a common goal: to fully integrate families—especially women with migrant backgrounds—by strengthening their personal, linguistic, social, civic, and creative skills. Through close work with refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by young people and families, FrauFam leverages multilingualism and cross-generational cultural, leisure, and educational programs to drive meaningful social change and support sustainable integration.
