Safety, Security and Wellbeing

This project aims to explore wellbeing, power dynamics, and organisational practices within youth and migrant-led organisations through a participatory needs assessment involving VOICIFY member organisations. Combining research, consultations, and interviews, the initiative will contribute to the development of a practical and decolonial toolkit designed to support healthier, more inclusive, and sustainable ways of working within civil society organisations.
